Refund policy

All items will be sent for final approval from the buyer.  Once final approval is granted, NO REFUNDS will be issued.  Due to customization, all sales are final.  Minor defiences may be present and are at times expected in all custom items.  Seller's discretion as to a decent defect due to product shape and/or material.
